Every Rescued Animal Deserves A Safe Place To Heal
When an animal is injured, abandoned or frightened, timely care can become the difference between continued suffering and a safer tomorrow.

We respond to animals in distress and help them reach appropriate care as safely as circumstances allow.

Treatment is followed by medication, nourishment, hygiene, observation and the time required to regain strength.

Sterilisation, anti rabies vaccination, shelter and responsible adoption contribute to safer lives for animals and people.

We remain present through difficult recoveries because meaningful animal welfare requires consistency, patience and responsibility.
Paws For Life Foundation began with a simple belief that an animal’s life should never become less valuable because it has no home, no caregiver or no way to ask for help. Based in Kunjirwadi, Pune, we care for dogs, cats, goats and guinea pigs facing abandonment, injury, illness and unsafe living conditions. Some arrive frightened. Some need urgent medical attention. Others require regular food, shelter and weeks of careful recovery. We stay involved beyond the first rescue, giving every animal the time, protection and attention its condition demands.

Share the animal’s exact location, visible condition and clear photographs so our team can understand the situation responsibly.
Help meet practical requirements arising when an injured, abandoned or distressed animal needs urgent assistance.
Help an animal receive medication, wound care, professional medical attention and patient recovery support.
Help provide nutritious meals, clean water, hygiene and protected space for animals recovering under our care.
An injured animal may need medicine, but recovery also depends on quiet surroundings, regular meals, clean bedding and someone noticing the smallest change in its condition. A frightened animal may be physically safe yet still require time before it trusts a human presence again. This is why our responsibility continues after the rescue vehicle leaves. We remain involved through the slower and often unseen part of recovery, helping each animal feel safe enough to rest, heal and begin again.
Quiet spaces where animals can rest and regain strength after treatment.
Separate arrangements for animals requiring closer medical observation and controlled care.
Thoughtful words from people who value responsible rescue, patient recovery and continued care for animals in need.
